Dear Tim and Kylie,

I would like to nominate my dear friend for this amazing blessing. She, and her husband are in a tough spot trying to care for a child who not only has a developmental disorder, but a host of other medical complications, as well.  They are a single income family since mom can not work due to the care needed for the little one.

Because insurance does not cover the necessary equipment to care for them they are forced to come out of pocket for the astronomical costs for not only that equipment, but the food needed just to keep their child alive. 

They have also had a lot of things that have NEEDED to be repaired around the house in the last year, which has stretched them even thinner financially. And as if that wasn’t enough, add to that the many trips to an out-of-state hospital to get the needed care. It’s enough to make even the most resilient soul throw up their hands and want to quit but they still power through. 

They have 3 little ones in total and while they have shared that they don’t care about themselves, they are devastated at the thought that the magic of Christmas might not happen this year. I would love to do more but I also have hardships of my own that just won’t allow me to. 

I know there are many people in need this holiday season but it would be amazing to be able to provide this family with a little bit of joy this holiday season. 

Family needs:

Here are Items off each of their lists. The kids love being outside so anything outdoor based would be appreciated.  

7 year old girl:

Any Pajamas or clothing size 8/10 or 10/12

Shoes Size 1 Big kid

4 Year old girl:

1 year old girl: The child with Disabilities 

Sensory Items, clothes size 2t and shoe size 4 (billy brand for disabilities made for braces)

For mom and dad:

 Gift cards for groceries, gas cards or hotel cards for their travels to out of state children’s hospital. Any cash donations would go to help get the needed medical equipment that they are estimated to be over $1000 out of pocket.
