LADY ANTEBELLUM'S HILLARY SCOTT TIES THE KNOT

Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott and drummer Chris Tyrrell managed to sneak in their wedding over the weekend. The couple, who got engaged in July, tied the knot in upstate New York on Saturday (January 7th), according to People.com. Family and close friends were in attendance, although Hillary's bandmates Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood were unable to be there.

Steven Curtis Chapman sang for the couple's first dance.

Hillary wore a custom Vera Wang strapless mermaid dress with hand-applied and pearl beading.

Yesterday (Sunday, January 7th), Hillary and Chris posted a short video message to fans about the good news on Lady Antebellum's website. In the clip, Chris says, "I'd like to introduce you to Mrs. Hillary Scott Tyrrell." Hillard flashes the wedding ring and adds, "We got married! We just wanted you to hear it from us first. We love you. We're so excited to be starting our life together and we just had to let you in on the exciting news."
